Trading Terms & Conditions of Sale.

ALL PRICES ARE F.O.B Bangkok

• Orders less than US$ 12,000 are quoted Ex-Factory (EXW).
• Orders less than US$ 4,000 a US$ 100 handling fee will be added.
• Orders less than US$ 2,500, 100% payment upfront required when the order is placed.

PAYMENT TERM OPTIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS

• 30% deposit, balance 70% prior to shipping
• 50% deposit, balance 50% after KOCH WORKSHOP CO; LTD issues the complete set of shipping documents to the customer.
• Less than FCL (full container loading): Payment of balance prior to shipping.
• Irrevocable LETTER OF CREDIT (L/C) at sight. Please note Trans-shipments and partial shipment MUST be permitted. DOCUMENTS PROVIDED: Commercial invoice, Packing List, Form "A” Certificate of Origin, BL (Bill of Lading). Any errors on the L/C will be at the opener’s cost. In the event of any discrepancies, they will be charged to KOCH workshop co., ltd.

SAMPLES

• These will be charged at regular prices, Ex –factory. Sample costs will be reimbursed after the first order of the SAME in FCL (full container quantity).
• Specially developed samples will be charged at 3 times. The actual price Sample costs will be reimbursed after the first order of the SAME in FCL (full container quantity).

QUALITY CONTROL

• Goods inspection by our customer, or their designated agent, can be made at our factory prior to shipment but kindly notify us 48 hours in advance.

PACKAGING

• KOCH workshop Co; Ltd provides all basic packaging.
• Any additional air cargo and special packaging will be charged to the customer accordingly.

STANDARD PACKING - Please refer to www.koch.co.th and click on PACKING for specifications.

VARIOUS

• It is understood by the client that small size, shape and colour variations can occur as this remains HANDICRAFT.
• DELIVERY MUST BE TAKEN WITHIN 45 DAYS OF THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OTHERWISE THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
