PACKING & MARKING
STANDARD PACKING
After our final quality control, our in-house professional team does a very careful job of packing the products. All of our inner packing materials are of the highest quality and the master cartons are made of sturdy 5 layers cardboard.
- BASKET WARE: depending on the product, the INNER packing can be either cardboard boxes or wrapped in white paper. Our Master cartons for large basket ware items always consist of 5 layers of p-125 (paper 125gram) boxes.
- LANTERNS: these are also packed in 5 layers P 200g (paper 200 gram) carton boxes with 2 CM of polystyrene foam on all sides.
- MIRRORS: We always use cartons + polystyrene foam.
For LANTERNS & MIRRORS ONLY to be delivered within Thailand, we can supply crating free-of-charge, but for OVERSEAS shipments where the wooden crates must be according to ISPM no.15 standard, there will be an additional charge.
MARKING
SHIPPING MARKS:
- Master cartons are all identified with a label showing the following: Box number, Customer's name, Country of destination, Item number, Item descriptive text, Country of origin.
SPECIAL MARKING - FREE OF CHARGE:
- KOCH fabric labels & KOCH hang tags
- Bar code labels & stickers
- Special shipping marks on paper glued to the boxes
CUSTOMIZED MARKING - EXTRA COST
- Hang tags, bar code labels, and fabric labels. Client is welcome to provide their own hang tags and we can print labels with bar codes free of charge.
- Print direct on the cartons
LOADING
A full container (FCL) will be stuffed at our factory to optimize the loading of containers; we use the "CARGO WIZ” special computer packing program
CONTAINER CARE - we ensure that the stuffing is done wisely with heavy items in the bottom and light items on the top.
